Where are you located?

I live in Alberta, Canada, but all items can also be shipped across the border domestically in the USA (from Montana!) Since the items are shipped from within the US you will pay normal domestic rates :)

I live in the US, will I have to pay tariffs?

No! Since items are shipped domestically from within the US, you will never have to worry about having to pay tariffs on your order!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! If you don't see any shipping methods available at checkout, please contact me so I can get you a shipping quote

How long will it take to get my items?

What is your refund/return policy?

All sales are final. If you receive something defective/damaged/incorrect, please contact me so we can work to make things right. I am unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges whatsoever

If a package is returned due to user error (incorrect address, undeliverable) I will not be able to recover it without paying a fee. If you are willing to pay the fee I am willing to reship the item at your cost

 Are your items authentic?

Yes! Everything I sell is directly imported from Japan and guaranteed to be authentic
