Shipping Methods

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based upon the weight of items. Free shipping is available to the US and Canada for orders totaling $125 or more! To apply, simply use code 'FREESHIP' during checkout

All orders will be shipped fully tracked (except for untracked lettermail)

USA orders will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and will arrive within 4-7 business days. You will never have to pay tariffs on your order!

Canadian orders will be shipped via ChitChats Select and will arrive within 5-8 business days. $10 flat rate shipping for all Canadian orders!

International orders will be shipped via PostNL or Canada Post and will arrive within 15-30 business days. The exception is any service marked as "surface", which could take several months. It's not recommended to choose the surface option unless you are okay with a long wait! If you don't see any shipping methods available at checkout, please contact me so I can get you a shipping quote

Untracked lettermail is available for small and flat items for $2 (Only available for the US and Canada)

There may be delays out of our control due to carrier/weather/holidays

Handling

Please allow up to 1 week processing time. If an item is a preorder, there will be a shipping estimate in the product listing. Note that in-stock items ordered with preorder items will not be shipped until the preorder items arrive

Customs/Duties

Some countries may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties. These fees are not included in the price of the products or the shipping cost. The amount of customs duties and taxes varies from country to country, and we recommend looking into what your local customs procedure is. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or additional charges imposed by customs. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions
